The spa has expanded the women's (men's don't know) area greatly. Eventually, after a few tries over the day, I called the main casino number and they had the spa manager call me. When I called for an appointment, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, kept me on hold one time 7 minutes.
I have been to Skana a few times and the experience, while expensive, is worth it especially if you use the sauna, whirlpool etc along with your treatment.
